I am delighted to share with you the Zambra María de la O, one of the most iconic Zambras of all time!

Countless versions of this Zambra have been recorded over the years by many famous singers. But the version you are about to download is literally priceless because no money can buy it, as it is not for sale anywhere.

This ethnographic jewel is one of the earlier versions of Maria de la O (from 1936) sung by eminent flamenco singer Antonio Mairena to the guitar of El Chino (father of Carmen Amaya)

I have gone to great lengths to recover and digitally remaster this priceless Zambra. I deeply appreciate your contribution to keep this art form alive and I am delighted to share with you one of my most endearing Zambras!
