Best Practices

  • Let us see your gorgeous face! 
    Make sure you go to the upper right corner (under settings) to upload your photo & complete your member profile. You can include a brief bio, your social media IDs and your website

  • VERY IMPORTANT! When you fill out your profile above, make sure you check the box for  "receiving info about products." It is not marketing. What happens is that this platform calls courses "digital products." You need to have that box checked to receive important info about your courses.

  • If it is NOT scheduled, it is NOT real.
    We all have the best of intentions of practicing our dancing, but sometimes days can go by and the practice has not happened. However, if we  SCHEDULE our practice,  the chances of practicing are much, much higher

    Here are some ways to MAKE SURE WE FIT OUR DANCE & SELF-CARE PRACTICES into our days:

  • Schedule your practice time for ONLY FIVE MINUTES in your phone and have an automatic reminder that pops up.  Five minutes a day is better than nothing! We all have five minutes, so we cannot use the “I have no time excuse.” Plus, by practicing for at least five minutes, we build the habit of overcoming inertia.

  • Get ACCOUNTABILITY & SUPPORT by posting your practice schedule in our wonderful PRIVATE community.

  • Use a habit tracking app such as Habitica, StickK, Habitshare, Balanced or Habit-bull.
