I’m on a mission to bring the power of dance off the stage and into everyday life, helping people achieve greater health, happiness, and fulfillment through creative expression and the movement arts.
This passion inspired me to create this online academy, where you can enjoy a variety of FREE resources, including eBooks, online courses, and fascinating interviews, produced to inform, inspire and empower those seeking a more vibrant, creative, and healthy lifestyle.
I’m also dedicated to sharing the (almost) extinct art of feminine flamenco—a forgotten style with very little footwork that’s easy, fun, and accessible to everyone!
As a dance-loving girl, born and raised in an ancient village in Southwestern Spain, where the spellbinding traditional folklore goes back hundreds of years, it’s no surprise that preserving endangered aspects of flamenco became my passion—and my life’s work. In 1994, I founded the Dances of the World Society to revive Zambra (also known as Zambra Mora) and feminine flamenco.
