Meet Your Teacher


Internationally acclaimed performer and founder of Movement Arts for Well-Being™, Puela Lunaris — who holds degrees from SUNY and NYU, along with certifications in Yoga, QiGong, and Mind-Body Wellness — is devoted to inspiring and empowering women to live healthier, happier, more fulfilling lives through the movement arts.

Her classes are not just workouts, they are sanctuaries of renewal, awakening our vitality, dissolving hidden tension, and leaving us glowing, lighter, and grounded in joy.

Thanks to years of teaching and performing, Puela’s body was strong and beautiful, until she founded her online academy. Long hours at the computer to produce her courses led her to experience bloating, weight gain, fatigue, and back problems.

Determined to restore her vitality, she returned to what she always knew: movement as medicine and community as nourishment.

She realized that consistent, loving, and joyful movement could restore not only her strength, but her sense of feminine aliveness and sensuality.

That’s why she created her live interactive classes: to provide a nurturing space and time where we women can move, breathe, and reconnect with our feminine essence in community.
